GASMA TEAM

Gasma is your Culinary Team, the team of professionals that accompanies you in every step of your training. Within the commitment to an innovative methodology, at Gasma you will have the best experts, not only in each area of knowledge but also in all thematic blocks of the different subjects.

The Culinary Team is the sum of many wills, specialization also taken to the field of training and education. That is why our teaching team is in constant growth: it combines academic excellence with professional expertise, while covering all areas of gastronomy and the culinary business.

At Gasma, you will train with recognized chefs with Michelin stars, specialized in each field of cooking: with pastry chefs who set trends in the sweet world; with professionals in dining and sommelier services; with researchers committed to innovation; with successful entrepreneurs and businesspeople; and with specialists in management

We are currently working on updating the profiles of the more than 100 professionals who are part of or have contributed to our Culinary Team.

We have a team that continues to grow each year to offer the best culinary training. For this reason, we continue to periodically update this section.
