Paco Pérez

Paco Pérez, born in Huelva in 1962, has five Michelin stars in three of his restaurants.

He is one of the greatest exponents of avant-garde gastronomy of the 21st century. At the age of 12, he began working in his family’s tapas bar and there a true passion was born. He combined his studies with work in different restaurants and completed his training with Michel Guèrard, the father of «nouvelle cuisine».

In 1984, he married Montse Serra, who with her family owned Miramar, a simple hostel with a restaurant on the beach. Together they turned it into a place of pilgrimage for gourmets from all over the world. A restaurant with 2 Michelin stars, contemporary and avant-garde.

Paco Pérez also runs the gastronomic proposal of the Enoteca at the Hotel Arts (2 Michelin stars), Cinco at the Hotel Das Stue in Berlin (1 Michelin star), L’EGGS, Doble, La Royale and Bao bar. But always, always, with Llançà and Miramar as home ports.
