Currently, more than 40 companies, associations and entities are part of this academic adventure that revolves around the passion for gastronomy. Companies of various sizes and industries have joined this fascinating project, and without them, it wouldn't be possible.
To all of them, thank you.
Gasma, the gastronomic campus of the UCH-CEU, promotes gastronomic university education and culinary management at the highest level. It is a global project that is emerging as a space for increasingly transversal interaction where companies from different sectors converge. All of them make it possible to study gastronomy in Spain and to do so with the highest possible quality.
We are working to ensure that this cutting-edge training and research space brings together even more companies, institutions, research and technology centers, as well as entities related to innovation and entrepreneurship. We are convinced that these synergies are beneficial for all parties and, of course, for society as a whole.
Gasma’s model is open to different ways of interaction with public and private entities. The objective is to obtain, in each case, the most appropriate collaboration framework for the expectations of both parties.
The strategic partner maintains a permanent relationship with Gasma through a continuous contribution to the development of Gasma’s activity.
The agreement may involve a financial contribution (e.g., scholarships for academic excellence or high performance for both undergraduate and master’s degrees, R&D projects) or in kind (e.g., products, equipment or knowledge provided).
In return, the strategic partner obtains an economic return (direct or indirect) and brand positioning associated with Gasma’s qualities (e.g., its perception in the market or the company’s social legitimacy is reinforced through its commitment to certain activities).
The name of your company can be associated with a teaching of maximum recognition with the most important names in cooking and baking, and with highly qualified students who will lead the gastronomy of the future.
It enjoys preferential treatment with respect to other types of collaborations.
The sponsor contributes to the development of a Gasma activity or joint actions in accordance with the sponsorship agreement.
This kind of cooperation can be temporary or one-off for an academic program or a specific case, such as the organization of an event or a master class.
In return, the sponsor obtains an economic return (direct or indirect) and brand positioning associated with Gasma’s qualities.
The type of collaboration can be articulated in different ways: economic sponsorship; material sponsorship (contribution of products, equipment or infrastructure); and sponsorship in human resources (contribution of personnel or knowledge to carry out different activities, congresses, training, etc.).
There is the possibility of sponsoring the Master’s Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Management or the Master’s Degree in Avant-Garde Pastry. The best master pastry chefs and chefs, most of them Michelin-starred, are invited to participate in both masters.
The name of your company can be associated with a teaching of maximum recognition with the most important names in cooking and baking, and with highly qualified students who will lead the gastronomy of the future.
There are other open forms of collaboration with Gasma through participation in specific actions (e.g. training actions) or in specific projects where several companies can participate (such as dissemination campaigns in collaboration with public entities).
You can also collaborate in the COOK LOVERS courses for cooking enthusiasts. Here you can see your brand with direct influence among food lovers. These amateurs attend courses where very specific subjects are taught that may fit with the object of their company.
Your company can also be at the forefront of R&D&I projects that have an impact on your field of activity, even with on-demand projects.
Currently, more than 40 companies, associations and entities are part of this academic adventure that revolves around the passion for gastronomy; companies of very different sizes and activities that have joined this fascinating project and that, without them, it would not be possible.
To all of them, thank you.
Gasma gives you the opportunity to be in contact with the profession and the reality of the food industry from the very first moment. To this end, we count on the complicity of the leading companies in the sector that collaborate with us.
