At GP, we process the information you provide in order to manage the contractual relationship between us, handle the delivery of the information you request, and contact you through electronic means (email and instant messaging such as WhatsApp) as well as by telephone. We also use your data to provide you with offers of services and/or products that may be of interest to you, and to manage your request for a visit, scholarship, or admission as a student or faculty member.
Additionally, through website registration forms and with your prior consent, data is collected and stored in a file for the sole purpose of sending electronic communications, such as newsletters, new blog posts, and other content GP considers of interest to users of its website, always related to our field of high-level gastronomy education.
What is the legal basis GP relies on to process your data?
The processing of your personal data, in accordance with applicable regulations, is based on your consent, granted at the time your personal data is collected, which you voluntarily provide through the mechanisms enabled for this purpose on the WEBSITE, including consent to be contacted via instant messaging channels such as WhatsApp.
If you provide your data via email, it will become part of a file with the purpose of managing your request or comment, and all provisions mentioned in the previous paragraph will apply.
In each communication we send, GP will remind you how to withdraw your consent, which will take effect immediately upon your request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary to correctly provide the requested service, as well as to comply with any resulting obligations or other legal requirements.
If you do not renew your services with GP, we may continue to retain your information for sending newsletters and other information we believe may be of interest, related to our field. You are reminded that you may always exercise your rights under current regulations by contacting us through the methods provided in each communication.
To whom will we disclose your data?
GP may disclose or share personal data to fulfill its obligations to Public Authorities when required by applicable legislation, and, if necessary, to other Judicial or State Security Authorities.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:
-
Right to request access to your personal data
-
Right to rectification or erasure
-
Right to object to processing
-
Right to request restriction of processing
-
Right to data portability
