The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password, for which they will be responsible, and they undertake to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that GP offers through its portal and, by way of illustration but not limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in unlawful, illegal activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, illegal-pornographic nature, that promotes terrorism, or that violates human rights; (iii) cause damage to GP’s physical and logical systems, those of its suppliers, or those of third parties, or introduce or spread computer viruses on the network or any other physical or logical systems liable to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where applicable, use other users’ email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages.

No USER may carry out these actions without the prior written authorization of GP and, where applicable, of the owners of said rights.

Refund Policy

Contracting, withdrawal, and refund policy

The contracting of the various training programs offered on and through the website www.gasma.es is carried out under Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. This website displays the information necessary to enroll in each of these training programs.

Without prejudice to the fact that each training program may have its own specific particular conditions, which will prevail over these general conditions and will be published together with the corresponding offer, as a general rule it is established that, in order to enroll in one of these training programs, the student must fill in the corresponding Enrollment Application and send it to Gasma Project, S.L. (hereinafter GP) by email to the address provided, together with proof of payment of the amount established as necessary for that enrollment.

Admission to some of the training programs offered may be subject to the student demonstrating certain prior training and/or experience, either through documentation and/or personal interviews, which may include certain knowledge tests.

GP will confirm receipt of the enrollment application and the corresponding proof of payment by sending an email to the address provided by the student, detailing all the data of the enrollment made, so that, should there be any error in it, the student must report it to GP by email to the same address.

The applicable price for purchasing the product is the one shown on the website on the day the order is placed. The validity of prices and, where applicable, offers, is subject to their appearance in the website’s catalog.

GP offers you various payment methods so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Payment for products can generally be made by bank transfer, bank deposit, or credit card (physical and virtual POS).

The purpose, target audience, price, duration, and other specific details of each training program are shown in the catalog in force on the website at any given time. Enrollment in training programs is personal and non-transferable.

The customer may withdraw from such enrollment, provided that they notify GP in a verifiable manner, and that GP’s receipt of this notice can be confirmed, within a maximum period of 14 business days from the sending of the Enrollment Application. Without prejudice to any express statement to the contrary in the particular conditions of each training program offered, in such a case GP would refund the full amount paid, except for the enrollment management and processing fees, where applicable.

The customer may use the following withdrawal form template:

To the attention of Gasma Project, S.L.

Tax ID (C.I.F.) no.: B22654495

Avda. Enrique Gimeno, 67

12006 – Castellón de la Plana

Customer’s full name.

Signature (only if this form is submitted on paper; if the customer sends it by email, it must be sent from the same email address provided during the application process).

Once the course subject to the enrollment has begun, classes missed due to the student’s absence will not be made up. Where applicable, the right of withdrawal must be exercised by email sent to [email protected].

Where applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the enrollment. For payments made through a POS terminal, the refund will be issued within the billing cycle (30 days). If this is not possible for any reason, the customer must provide GP with an account number in their own name to which the corresponding refund can be paid.
