Return policy

Contracting, cancellation and return policy

The contracting of the different training actions offered in and carried out through the web www.gasma.es will be held under the protection of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. In this web page you will find the necessary information to contract each of those training actions.

Without prejudice to the fact that each training action may entail specific particular conditions, which shall prevail over these general conditions and shall be published together with the specific offer in question, it is generally established that, in order to register for any of these training actions, the student must fill out the corresponding Registration Application and send it to PDM by email to the address provided, together with proof of payment of the amount that in each case is established as necessary for such registration.

Admission to some of the training activities offered may be subject to the student’s accreditation of certain previous training and/or experience, through documentation and/or personal interviews, which may include certain knowledge tests.

PDM will confirm receipt of the registration application and the corresponding proof of payment by sending an e-mail to the address provided by the student, which will detail all the details of the registration, so that, if there is any error in it, you must communicate it to PDM by e-mail to the same address.

The applicable price for the purchase of the product is the price shown on the website, on the same day the order is placed. The validity of the prices and, if applicable, of the offers, are subject to their appearance in the catalog of the website.

PDM offers various payment methods so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Payment for the products can generally be made by bank transfer, bank deposit and credit card (physical POS and virtual POS).

The purpose, target audience, price, duration and other specific data of each training action is reflected in the catalog in force at any given time on the website. Enrollment in training activities is personal and non-transferable.

The client may cancel the registration, provided that he/she notifies PDM in a reliable manner, and it is recorded that PDM has received it, within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of sending the Registration Request. Without prejudice to a possible express statement to the contrary in the particular conditions of each training action offered, in such a case, PDM will return the total amount paid, except for the management and processing costs of the registration that may correspond.
