Graduate in Food Science and Technology from the University of Valencia.

A graduate in cooking with a culinary career closely linked to haute cuisine and the avant-garde, working in the following internationally renowned restaurants:

El Bulli (3 Michelin stars): Associated with the creativity department

Akelarre (3 Michelin stars): Head of department

Ricard Camarena (1 Michelin star): Head of department.

Extensive experience as a cooking teacher for more than 5000 hours performing the following tasks at the Cdt de Castellón:
