Throughout his long career as a sushiman he has worked in Japanese restaurants around the world such as Yuzu (Canada), Tastem (Valencia), Sushi on Mill (Arizona, USA), Hiro Sushi (Arizona, USA), Shimogamo (Arizona, USA).
He also worked in Japan at the restaurants Umiga Co. (Saitama, Japan) and Nagatsuki (Saitama, Japan).
