Omar Malpartida

He studied at the Le Cordon Bleu Peru School of Fine Dining, and his work experience includes a dozen restaurants in Peru, Mexico and Spain.

Omar has gained experience and knowledge by completing internships with the best chefs in the world; among which stand out those carried out at the famous Quique Dacosta Restaurant, Celler de Can Roca (the Roca brothers’ restaurant), both awarded with 3 Michelin stars, and Pakta (Barcelona) with 1 Michelin star.

In 2014, at the age of 25, he arrived in Madrid to take charge of the gastronomic proposal of the Tiradito & Pisco Bar restaurant, where he introduced the technique in a kitchen that, for the diner, maintains both the Peruvian essence and its commitment to flavour, with a creative touch.

Thanks to his experience, he begins a new adventure as a Corporate Chef by opening Peruvian gastronomic concepts in the world; such as Piscoteket (Oslo), Pacifico (Milan), Provisiones (Lima), etc.
