VISAS
Spain belongs to the European Union, so European students do not need a visa to study in Spain. On the other hand, non-European students who wish to study or extend their studies in Spain must obtain the corresponding visa that includes authorization to stay in the country.
Students from certain countries are exempt from obtaining a visa as long as their stay in Spain does not exceed three months.
The visa will be requested and issued at the Spanish Consular Offices abroad. Once in Spain, Gasma offers non-EU students the Hospitality pack service: with it, they can apply for the foreign student card through the Immigration Office or the corresponding police station within one month of their arrival.
CS SUITES
It is an exceptional new building, with a competitive and prestigious offer, unique in Castellón, for various reasons: its location just 200 meters away from the Gastronomy and Culinary Management Campus, the urbanization of its interior, the design of the buildings and houses; the quality of the materials used; the use of technology and its 24-hour surveillance services.
The residential area is located in the expansion area of the southern district of Castellón, in an urbanization of low intensity and little noise and environmental pollution, in a green environment, with wide roads and connected to the main leisure centers and sports facilities of the city.
It is located in the vicinity of Gasma and the CEU Cardenal Herrera University, a few meters from the La Salera Shopping and Leisure Center and 1.5 km from El Corte Inglés, one of Spain’s leading department stores.
Another advantage in CS Suites is the common and leisure area. The residential complex has 2 swimming pools, lawns and garden areas, complemented by plants and trees. The decoration of the garden environment has been optimized to make the stay in this place even more pleasant.

EQUIPMENT
* It will be strictly necessary to comply with the rules of use of the dwellings and the rules of the community.
* A deposit of 2 months in advance is required to make the reservation.
* Rent payments will be made by direct debit between the 1st and 5th of each month.
* The entrance to the apartment will be on September 2nd. Previously, a lease contract must be signed, together with the documentation requested from the lessee in each specific case.
* The apartments do not have internet access. Students can contract the service with the provider of their choice.
* The apartments have a washing machine.
CHARACTERISTICS AND OFFERS OF SHARED RENTAL HOUSING
Fully equipped two-bedroom apartments, consisting of: entrance hall, living room with TV, kitchen with appliances (microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood, ceramic hob, dishwasher), bathroom in hallway, a double bedroom, a master bedroom with separate bathroom, central heating and hot / cold pump.
Apartment sizes: from 68.80 m2 to 70.20 m2.
Rental prices per room according to model:
Room type 1, in a two-room apartment: Surface area of 13.31 m2, en suite bathroom for single use, monthly amount: 400€.
Room type 2, in a two-room apartment: Surface area of 10.50 m2, bathroom for individual use located outside the room, monthly amount: 350€.
Room type 1, in a three-room apartment: Surface area of 20 m2, en-suite bathroom for single use, monthly amount: 450€.
Room type 2, in a three-room apartment: Surface area of 10 m2, bathroom for individual use located outside the room, monthly amount: 400€.
Room type 3, in a three-room apartment: Surface area of 10 m2, bathroom for individual use located outside the room, monthly amount: 400€.
Water, electricity and gas expenses: 150€/monthly*: (In case of exceeding the monthly expenses, the tenant will pay the difference).
