The admissions process for GASMA's Master's programs assesses profile, experience and motivation. We're not just looking at academic records, we're looking for people with a clear vision of what they want to build.
Fill out the admission form available on this page. Once we receive your application, you'll get a confirmation email and we'll get in touch with you within 12 business hours.
We'll schedule a first interview with the GASMA admissions team. It can take place on campus or via video call, lasting about 45 minutes.
The interview can be conducted in Spanish or English depending on the program. Master's programs are taught in Spanish, with English support for international students.
A personalized interview with the academic direction team to assess in depth the candidate's motivation, background and fit with the program.
The Admissions Committee will assess your application taking into account your academic and professional profile, the motivation expressed and your fit with the program. You'll receive the decision within 48 hours of the admissions interview.
If you've been accepted, congratulations! To secure your place, you'll need to formalize the reservation payment and submit the required documentation: valid ID or passport, updated CV and letter of motivation, and supporting academic documentation if the program requires it.
Full documentation is submitted when you formalize enrollment, not at the initial application stage.
GASMA's Master's programs are designed for people with a university background or proven professional experience in the gastronomy or management sector.
Groups are small by design, the student-teacher ratio is part of GASMA's pedagogical model. Places are filled in the order reservations are formalized, not applications.
Check current availability before starting the process. An application does not guarantee a place.
If you're an employee in Spain with an active contract, you can subsidize part of the cost of the Master's program through FUNDAE's continuing education credit (Spain's State Foundation for Employment Training).
GASMA can advise you through the subsidy process. Get in touch with us before enrolling to confirm whether it applies to your case.
From the time you submit your application to receiving the Admissions Committee's decision, the process usually takes less than a week. We'll contact you within 12 business hours to schedule the first interview.
To start the process, you only need to fill out the application form. Your CV and supporting documentation are submitted when you formalize your reservation, not before.
The first interview can take place on the GASMA campus in Castellón or via video call, depending on availability. It usually lasts about 45 minutes. For international candidates, the schedule is adapted to the candidate's time zone.
