GASMA International Programs

Your education doesn't end in the classroom. These programs take you to work and study in some of the most demanding environments in the world.

At GASMA CEU-UCH, international exposure is part of the degree. Beyond courses with a global focus, Gastronomy students have access to exclusive programs that combine academic training with real professional experience outside Spain.

INTERNSHIP + DEGREE

Disney Program – University of California Riverside

Study at one of the best public universities in the U.S. and work in a paid position at Walt Disney World Resort, Florida. A program that combines hospitality and tourism training with real experience at the world's largest entertainment resort.

Upon completing the program you earn the Certificate in Applied Management for Hospitality and Tourism from UCR University Extension (15 credits) and ECTS credit recognition toward your Gastronomy degree.

  • In-person training at UCR and classes at Disney World
  • Paid Academic Training at Walt Disney World Resort
  • Official certificate + academic transcript from UCR University Extension
  • Two intakes: January–June and December–January

Dual Degree

USIL Program – Dual Degree

Through the agreement with Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL), Bachelor's in Gastronomy students can pursue a dual degree: the GASMA CEU-UCH degree and the USIL degree in Peru. The program also includes a Diploma with USIL in Miami.

A training path with direct exposure to two of the most dynamic gastronomy markets in the Americas: Lima, a world reference for contemporary gastronomy, and Miami, an international hub for the industry.

Boston University Program

GASMA CEU-UCH has an agreement with Boston University so that Bachelor's students can complete part of their training in one of the most recognized academic environments in the United States.
