CULINARY TEAM

Gasma is also its Culinary Team: the team of professionals that goes along with you in every step of your training. As part of our commitment to an innovative methodology, at Gasma you will have the best experts, not only in each area of knowledge, but also in all the thematic areas of the different subjects.

The Culinary Team is the sum of many personal wills, the specialization also brought to the field of training and teaching. That is why our training team is constantly growing: it combines academic and professional excellence, while covering all areas of gastronomy and the culinary business.

At Gasma you will train with Michelin-starred chefs, specialized in every field of cuisine: with pastry chefs who set trends in the sweet world; with professionals in dining room service and sommelier studies; with researchers committed to innovation; with successful entrepreneurs and businessmen; and with specialists in management, marketing and communication.

The entire team puts their knowledge and experience at your disposal. They are all aware that their job is not only to teach, but also to help you learn, mature and advance in your training and career.

We are currently working on updating the profiles of the more than 80 professionals who are part of and have passed through our Culinary Team.

We have a team that keeps growing every year to offer the best gastronomic training. For this reason, we continue to update this section periodically.
