Gastronomy

In 1989, he decided to travel to Spain where he made his debut in a kitchen.

He practiced all the trades of the profession, which taught him to value it and to want to be a cook. He soaked up gastronomy in cooking schools as diverse as Girona and Salamanca, where he settled definitively in 1992 and began to develop his professional career.

The first steps led him to serve in several restaurants until the qualitative leap of setting up on his own in July 2001.

In a short time, recognition began to arrive at his restaurant Víctor Gutiérrez. In November 2003, the coveted Michelin Star arrived.
