Eva Pizarro

Sommelier

More than a decade ago Eva Pizarro discovered that her true passion was the world of wine and decided to turn it into her profession, that of sommelier.

After working in restaurants such as Arrop or Casa Marcelo (both with Michelin stars), she worked as manager, head waiter and sommelier in her own restaurant, Sala Acio Restaurante (two Repsol suns, revelation restaurant Madrid Fusion 2012) for eight years.

She is currently responsible for sommelier training at Gasma.
