In order to gain access, it is only necessary to have completed university entrance studies, according to the regulations of each country.
HOW TO PAY FOR A DEGREE IN GASTRONOMY?
The annual financial investment can be divided into 9 easy monthly installments once the pre-registration and registration fees have been paid. For more information, go to the Academic Fees section.
DOES GASMA HAVE ANY TYPE OF SCHOLARSHIP OR AID?
Yes. Gasma and UCH-CEU have a study aid plan with the aim of supporting students in their training. Depending on your profile and your situation, you can assess the types of assistance available adapted to different situations. For more information, go to the Scholarships and Grants section.
HOW CAN I APPLY FOR ADMISSION TO THE GASTRONOMY DEGREE?
Admission is done online. Select the studies you wish to pursue and complete the application form with the required information and documents.
Once we have received the completed form and your attachments, we will contact you to arrange a Skype interview.
We will evaluate your application through this intake interview and will provide you with an answer as soon as possible. You will receive an email mentioning your admission/non-admission within 48 hours after the interview.

WHAT LANGUAGE ARE THE CLASSES TAUGHT IN?
The gastronomy degree can be taken in Spanish or English. If you choose Spanish, your classes will be taught in Spanish. In addition, you will have two subjects in which you will be able to learn and improve your English.
International students can complete the degree in English during the first year and will additionally have two Spanish subjects to improve their knowledge of the language. Starting in the second year, classes will be taught in Spanish and will have bilingual support academic material in English and Spanish. Optionally, they will be able to continue taking two second-year subjects in English: Applied Microbiology and Chemistry and Biochemistry of Food. Students who wish to do so may take their exams in English if they can express themselves better in this language.
WILL I HAVE AN INTERNSHIP DURING MY STUDIES?
Our university studies (except for Expert Degrees) include internship programs. You will have a tutor who will be able to advise you on the different options available to you (in national or international territory). Your tutor will guide you and help you choose the best option for you according to your professional needs. At Gasma we take care of your internship program.
DOES GASMA OFFER ANY ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS?
Yes. We offer you different accommodation options so that you can find the one that best suits your needs.
Residence »CS Suites» for students of the Gastronomy Degree. It is a residence near the university (5 minutes walking distance). They are two-bedroom apartments to be shared with another student from the university. You can choose between two options: small room (10,50 square meters with bathroom located outside the room – 250€/month) or large room (13,31 square meters with bathroom included – 300€/month). The derived expenses (electricity, water, gas) will be an additional €100/month.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO LIVE IN CASTELLÓN?
The province of Castellón is the northernmost province of the Valencian Community. Its capital, Castellón de la Plana, enjoys excellent and fast communication by train and road with nearby cities such as Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid.
Castellón is the destination of many university students thanks to its varied educational offer, its more affordable prices compared to neighboring provinces, its youthful atmosphere and its favorable weather conditions.
As an example, the approximate cost of a rented room in a shared student apartment is around 200€/month, 30€ for the monthly public transportation pass and 200€ in food expenses per month.
