Gasma has been preparing so that with the start of the academic year, face-to-face activities can be resumed in a safe environment. The facilities have been adapted and specific safety and hygiene protocols have been developed to continue training our students with all safety measures.

ADMISSION
In this space you will find all the information related to the security measures to guarantee that our Gastronomic Campus is a safe space.
REORGANIZATION OF CLASSES AND INTERNSHIPS WITH STUDENTS
At the beginning of the state of alarm in March 2020 we moved the classes to the online modality, being able to maintain a very high percentage of the sessions during the whole period.
HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL DISPENSERS
We have made them available at reception desks, elevator exits and other common areas.
DISSEMINATION OF ACTION PROTOCOLS
We immediately informed employees, teachers and students of the symptoms known at the time, and the steps to follow in the event of presenting any of them or having shared close contact with someone who presented them.
NEW CLEANING PROTOCOLS
Reinforced normal daily cleansing.
Disinfection with authorized viricide and ozone in cases / suspicion of infection by COVID-19.
Protection guidelines for cleaning personnel.
MATERIALS FOR INDIVIDUAL HYGIENE
Disinfectant mats in the access areas to the Centers.
Litter garbage cans and waste containers with pedal-operated lids.
Hydrogel dispensers.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING MEASURES
Redistribution of furniture in classrooms, meeting rooms and reception areas.
Capacity limitation.
Closure of non-essential common areas: dining rooms, staff rooms, sports facilities.
Distance marking on the ground, in places where queuing may occur.
Prohibition of access to persons outside the educational centers, including family members of students.
DISSEMINATION OF REGULATIONS
ONE-TO-ONE CONTACT – personalized communication of the first reinstatements made through the Centers.
DOCUMENTATION – general guidelines for staff, students and families. Rules for the use of buildings. Protocols for specific activities.
POSTERS – instructions on screens and other key locations, to organize circulation and remind specific care.
We constantly reevaluate the guidelines and consider the adoption of additional ones, in order to comply with the provisions of the authorities and provide the maximum guarantee to all those who are part of the CEU – Gasma Family.
