
Manuela Romeralo entered the world of wine by chance. After her time at the La Sucursal restaurant, where she learned the secrets of the trade and trained her nose for 14 years, since 2010 she has been Sommelier and Dining Room Manager at the restaurants El Poblet (1* Michelin and 2 Soles Repsol), Vuelve Carolina (1 Sol Repsol) and Mercat Bar in Valencia, both owned by chef Quique Dacosta. Manuela is the first world champion of habanos sommelier, a title never before achieved by a Spaniard or a woman.
