For what purposes do we process your personal data?
PDM processes the information you provide us with the purpose of managing the contractual relationship that binds us, manage the sending of the information you request, provide interested parties with offers of our services and / or products of interest and / or manage your request for a visit, scholarship or admission as a student or teacher.
Likewise, through the web registration forms, data is collected and stored in a file, with the exclusive purpose of sending electronic communications, such as: newsletters, e-mails, as well as other communications that PDM considers interesting for the users of its web, always related to our sector.
If you are a user of Unibuddy’s “one to one” Chat, we access the Chat’s communication history to attend to your queries and clarify your doubts in the event that they are not correctly attended to by the ambassadors with whom you establish communication.
What is the legitimacy on which PDM bases the processing of your data?
The acceptance of the privacy policy, by means of the procedure established through check boxes, will be considered as an affirmative declaration through which the user gives his EXPRESS AND UNWILLING CONSENT to the processing of personal data under the terms set forth in this document.
In the event that you provide your data through an e-mail message, it will be part of a file whose purpose will be the management of the request or comment you make to us, being applicable the rest of the points indicated in the previous paragraph.
In each communication we send you, PDM will remind you how to revoke your consent with effect from the moment you exercise it.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the proper provision of the requested service, as well as to meet the responsibilities that may arise from it and any other legal requirement.
In the event that the services with PDM are not renewed, we will continue to keep your information for sending newsletters and other information that we consider to be of interest to you, linked to our activity. Once again, we reiterate that you can always exercise the rights recognized by current legislation by contacting us through the most convenient way among those that we will always offer you in each communication.
To whom will we give your data?
Only PDM will have access to your data, and under no circumstances will this data be given, shared, transferred or sold to any third party.

As the owner of the data, you have the following rights:
