The importance of languages

From the beginning of the programme, you will receive continuous training in English, both general and specific to the gastronomic field, fully integrated into your academic and professional development.

The programme includes an English-taught track for international students, allowing them to complete the entire first year and part of the second year in this language, supporting a gradual transition into a new academic and cultural environment and facilitating a solid immersion in the global gastronomic sector.
