Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy

The Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy aims to provide comprehensive training in gastronomy, from scratch to complete specialization. In our four-year curriculum, we train professionals who are experts in culinary techniques, and qualified professionals to direct and manage gastronomic businesses.

This official Bachelor's degree, with classes in English throughout the first year of your stay to help you ease into your new environment, teaches you that in order to succeed it is not enough to be the best in the kitchen, you have to master all areas of gastronomy to manage a great restaurant and start a business successfully. 

It is aimed at students who wish to work and develop their professional career in the field of gastronomy and culinary arts, whether in executive roles or in business management and creation, also in the agri-food industry sector, and those interested in directing their career towards university training and research.
