More than just cooking

Gastronomy (intensive practice + scientific basis)

Cooking with method: applied technique and scientific basis for understanding processes, raw materials and transformation. Integrates food chemistry, nutrition, sensory analysis and research to create proposals with rigour and consistency.

Business management applied to hospitality

Learn to manage with data: operations, costs, teams and strategy, connected to the reality of the product. Make decisions based on process control, innovation and development to build profitable and scalable gastronomic models.

Year 1 taught entirely in English (100%)

Your first year is designed for a smooth transition: study in English from day one while you adapt to Spain and campus life with confidence. From Year 2, you’ll follow a progressive bilingual pathway (English/Spanish) and build the Spanish you’ll need for kitchens, teams and hospitality operations.

Creativity (experience design, art and emotion)

Technical creativity: design experiences and concepts based on research, R&D and product development. Combine narrative, aesthetics and technology to turn an idea into a distinctive gastronomic offering.
