He began his studies in Business Administration and Management and ended up studying hotel management in Bilbao, finding his vocation, not in the kitchen, but in management. She continued her studies in Switzerland, specializing in human resources and event management.

With 80% of his career in the hotel sector behind him, Gonzalo Hurtado is part of this new generation of young managers. Currently director of Platea Madrid: a peculiar space in the capital, which combines three main aspects: culture, leisure and, of course, gastronomy.
