Purificación García

Food Technology

With a degree in Biological Sciences and a PhD in Food Technology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where she teaches and researches, Purificación García is part of the Cuina Group of the UPV, which promoted the creation of Design Food, aimed at designing quality, nutritionally adequate and innovative food that puts science at the service of gastronomy-oriented companies.

This work of a scientist, side by side with the great chefs, gives her a privileged vision of many of the keys between society, gastronomic culture and food education.
