The access and/or use of this PDM portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use herein reflected. The aforementioned Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Terms and Conditions of Business that may be mandatory.
The term «user» is understood to mean the person who accesses and/or uses www.gasma.es, whether or not he/she participates in the services and/or activities developed by the same. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
www.gasma.es, provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, «the contents») on the Internet belonging to PDM or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided, where appropriate, with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use of it. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that PDM offers through its portal and, by way of example, but not limited to, not to use them for the following purposes (i) engage in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in apology of terrorism or in violation of human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of PDM, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, if applicable, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
PDM reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. In any case, PDM will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools, if any.
