
A graduate in Biological Sciences and a PhD in Food Technology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where she works as a teacher and researcher, Purificación García is part of the UPV Cuina Group, which promoted the creation of Design Food, aimed at designing quality, nutritionally adequate and innovative foods that put science at the service of companies focused on gastronomy.
This work as a scientist, side by side with great chefs, gives her a privileged view of many of the keys between society, gastronomic culture and food education.
